HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests, team members, and community, we have implemented comprehensive safety measures and protocols. These protocols are designed to ensure your safety while providing a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

We are abiding by all CDC and government mandates and go above and beyond with our own Certified Sanitized Program. We continue to monitor government (federal, state and local) policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and public health department recommendations. Due to changing conditions, this document will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

Employee Pre-Screening
All of our team members are fully vaccinated, however we continue to exercise caution and team members are still consistently screened at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are healthy. In addition, team members are required to remain at home if have any symptoms. Managers and team leaders monitor the visible health of team members and in the event a team member becomes ill, they will be advised to seek medical attention and asked to leave the premises to self-isolate. If a team member tests positive for COVID-19, public health protocols will apply prior to returning to work.

Employee ServSafe Education
All managers and chefs are Servsafe Certified and all team members have received their ServeSafe Food Handlers cards

Handwashing
Team members are required to wash their hands every 15 minutes and supplement hand-washing with hand sanitizer

Mask Protection
All team members are required to wear masks before, during, and after service.

Safety and Sanitation Coordinator
A team member is assigned each shift to ensure all Health and Safety measures are strictly adhered to

Cleaning and Sanitizing
We continue to observe elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols including more frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high-contact surface areas

Extra Sanitization Options for Guests
We have installed touchless sanitizer stations throughout NOOR and we are happy to provide you with sanitizing wipes on request.

Mask Guidelines
Outdoors: No longer required, however we recommended that guests who are not vaccinated or who have compromised immune systems continue to wear them.

Indoors: Required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status, unless consuming food or beverage or taking photography.

Guest List
Beginning September 15, 2021, we will require a guest list with verification that each guest 18 years and older has either received a vaccination or a negative COVID test within 3 days of the event.

Outdoor Events Guest Count
Maximum of 150 people for formal banquets/260 for wedding ceremony/250 for cocktail reception.

Indoor Events (Sofia Ballroom) Guest Count
Maximum 320 people for formal banquets/240 for wedding ceremony/600 for cocktail reception.

Indoor Events (Ella Ballroom) Guest Count
Maximum 120 people for formal banquets/110 for wedding ceremony/250 for cocktail reception.
