Along with banquet furniture, banquet staff and other essentials, our Reception Menu Packages also include a delectable assortment of delicious dishes. Some of our most popular entrées are an assortment of duets which will elevate your menu, and provide an excellent solution when you really can’t decide between your favorites, such as Grilled Salmon & Braised Beef Short Rib Duet or Salmon & Chicken Duet. All protein entrées are paired with starch selection & mini roasted vegetables, and served with fresh-baked artisan bread & butter.
